Gili Bidara

A small island paradise with pristine beaches and excellent snorkeling spots

About Gili Bidara

Gili Bidara is a small, picturesque island located in the Sekotong area of West Lombok, known for its pristine white sandy beaches and crystal-clear turquoise waters. This hidden gem offers a peaceful retreat away from the crowds, with excellent snorkeling opportunities right off its shores.

The island is surrounded by vibrant coral reefs teeming with marine life, making it a perfect spot for snorkeling enthusiasts. The shallow waters near the beach are ideal for beginners, while more experienced snorkelers can explore the deeper areas with more diverse marine ecosystems.

Unlike some of the more developed Gili islands, Gili Bidara maintains a rustic charm with basic facilities, allowing visitors to experience the natural beauty of Lombok's islands in a more untouched setting. The island is often included in island-hopping tours of the Sekotong archipelago.
