About Bukit Selong
Bukit Selong is one of Lombok's most breathtaking viewpoints, offering panoramic vistas of the Sembalun valley and the majestic Mount Rinjani. Located at approximately 1,200 meters above sea level, this hill provides visitors with an unforgettable sunrise experience as the first golden rays illuminate the landscape below.
The viewpoint features a wooden platform that extends over the hillside, allowing visitors to take in the 180-degree views comfortably. On clear days, you can see all the way to Mount Agung in Bali, while the foreground is dominated by the patchwork of rice fields, vegetable farms, and traditional villages of the Sembalun valley.
